Tyres for forestry machines: skidders, forwarders, harvesters and forestry-equipped tractors. Reinforced sidewalls, steel-belted casings and deep LS-2 lug patterns for work between stumps and rocks.
A forestry tyre is an agricultural lug tyre rebuilt for punishment. The sidewalls are reinforced against stumps and branches, the casing often carries steel belts under the tread to stop penetration, and the tread itself is deeper and wider-spaced so it cleans in mud and grips on bark.
Forwarder and harvester tyres are frequently fitted with bogie tracks or chains. If you plan to use them, tell us when ordering — the tyre must have the sidewall and shoulder construction to carry them, and some patterns are made specifically for track use.
The forestry range is being built up alongside the agricultural catalogue. Sizes not yet listed can be ordered from CEAT Specialty or other manufacturers we work with; send the machine model and the current marking for a quote and a realistic lead time.
