Delivery and payment
How to order
- Through the website. Add tyres to the inquiry basket and send it. A manager confirms availability, delivery cost and the final price by phone or e-mail, usually within a few hours on a working day.
- By phone. Call +421 952 031 663 (Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00). This is the fastest route if you are unsure about the size.
- By e-mail. Write to info@eurotyrehub.com with the size, quantity and delivery address.
The quoted price is held for one working day. Larger quantities and regular dealer orders are priced individually.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders confirmed before 12:00 on a working day with the tyres in stock are handed to the carrier the same day. Orders confirmed later leave the next working day.
| Destination | Typical transit time |
|---|---|
| Slovakia | 1 working day |
| Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria | 1–2 working days |
| Poland | 2–3 working days |
| Other EU countries | 3–5 working days |
Transit times are the carrier's standard terms and are not guaranteed. Large OTR tyres and pallet quantities travel by freight and may need an extra day.
Delivery cost
Shipping is charged at the carrier's tariff and depends on the tyre size, quantity and destination. The manager states the exact amount when confirming the order, before you pay. For pallet orders we compare several carriers and quote the best rate.
Collection from the warehouse
You can collect tyres in person at Na Pántoch 7681/10, 831 06 Bratislava, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00. Please agree the time with your manager in advance so that the tyres are prepared and the release note is ready.
Payment
Bank transfer (companies). EvroTech s.r.o. is a registered VAT payer. Give us your company name, address and VAT number when ordering; we e-mail a pro-forma invoice and dispatch the tyres once the payment is received. The original invoice travels with the goods or is sent electronically.
Bank transfer (private customers). The same pro-forma procedure applies; VAT is included in the price shown.
Cash on delivery. Available with selected carriers in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The carrier's COD fee is paid by the buyer.
Deferred payment. Regular customers and dealers can ask for payment terms; these are agreed individually with a manager.
Checking the delivery
Inspect the tyres in the presence of the courier. If the packaging or a tyre is damaged, note it on the delivery document and photograph it before signing. This makes a transport claim straightforward.
