Terms and conditions

1. Seller

These terms govern purchases made through eurotyrehub.com (the "Store"). The seller is EvroTech s.r.o., registered office Mlynské nivy 77, Bratislava, Slovak Republic, IČO 55123333, DIČ 2121878132, a VAT payer (the "Seller"). Contact: info@eurotyrehub.com, +421 952 031 663.

2. Ordering

2.1. Products in the Store are presented as an invitation to order. An inquiry sent through the Store, by e-mail or by phone is a proposal to conclude a contract.

2.2. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order in writing (e-mail) with the final price, delivery cost and expected dispatch date. The Seller may decline an order if the product is no longer available or the price shown was evidently incorrect.

2.3. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the size and specification ordered. The Seller gives advice on fitment in good faith, based on the information supplied by the buyer.

3. Prices

3.1. Prices are shown in EUR, PLN or CZK. Retail prices include VAT; wholesale prices are shown net of VAT and are available to registered business customers.

3.2. A confirmed price is valid for one working day. Delivery is charged separately at the carrier's tariff and is stated in the order confirmation.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment is made by bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice, by cash on delivery where offered, or on agreed payment terms for approved business customers.

4.2. Goods remain the property of the Seller until paid in full.

5. Delivery

5.1. Goods in stock are dispatched the same working day when the order is confirmed and paid before 12:00, otherwise the next working day. Transit times stated in the Store are indicative.

5.2. Risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer on receipt of the goods, and to a business customer when the goods are handed to the carrier.

5.3. The buyer must inspect the goods on receipt and record visible damage with the carrier.

6. Warranty and complaints

6.1. Goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as described on the page Warranty and returns. Statutory rights of consumers under Slovak law are not affected.

6.2. Complaints are submitted to info@eurotyrehub.com with proof of purchase and photographs. The Seller responds within 30 days at the latest; warranty claims are normally decided within 14 days.

7. Withdrawal by consumers

7.1. A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, by sending a written notice to info@eurotyrehub.com.

7.2. Goods must be returned unused, unmounted and undamaged within 14 days of the withdrawal. The cost of return transport is borne by the consumer. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

7.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification, including tyres ordered individually from the manufacturer.

8. Business customers

For purchases by legal entities and entrepreneurs the Commercial Code of the Slovak Republic applies. Returns of unused goods are possible only by agreement.

9. Personal data

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy policy published in the Store.

10. Dispute resolution

10.1. Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution through the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) or the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10.2. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes not resolved amicably are decided by the courts of the Slovak Republic.

11. Final provisions

The Seller may amend these terms; the version in force on the day of the order applies to that order. Effective from 1 September 2026.
